Hi and welcome to our Scouts page. In Scouts we follow a wide range of activities. Being outdoors is important, and half the time is given over to taking part in traditional Scouting skills, such as camping, survival and cooking, as well as a wider spectrum of adventurous activities, from abseiling to zorbing.
We are encouraged to know our own abilities and understand the importance of keeping fit. We also get the opportunity to develop our creative talents and to explore our values and personal attitudes.
Our leader is called Duncan and he has a great approach to Scouting having grown up through the Scout movement himself. Our Assistant Scout Leader is Peter. They are helped-out by Cristina.

Ages 10½ to 14
Our Scout Troop meets at the Scout Hut at Holmanleaze (near the Magnet Leisure Centre) on Fridays between 7.15 and 9.15 during term time.
